ADMISSION PROCEDURE
THE ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA
Total intake capacity of the College in the B.Ed. is 100.
The applicant should be a graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce candidate must have minimum of 50% in Graduate or Post Graduate Examination. At the time of submission of application, the applicant should be a graduate.
The selection of 50 students in the college which is a Minority Institution is done by the college through an entrance examination (PBAT) Scheduled in the month of May. The rest 50 students are allotted by the University through PBAT done by the University at their level.
The rank list is based on the performance at the Entrance Test. The eligible candidates are then selected. All Selected Candidates are admitted through “Counseling”

The result of the first year batch 2005-2006 was 100%.
Number of student appeared in examination was 99 and all were declared passed.
The highest percentage in Theory was 74%.
The highest percentage in Practical was 75%.
SPECIAL FEATURE:-
Out of 99 students, 22 students were awarded DOUBLE FIRST i.e. First Division in theory as well as Practice Teaching. 53 Students were awarded First in Practice Teaching. The highest percentage secured in the aggregate offered 69.85 i.e. 70%. The highest score in Practice Teaching was 148/200 Considering all theory papers 17 students secured above 70% marks. Three of our meritorious students from the First Batch have been selected for the most coveted seat in the M.Ed. class of Lucknow University. The University has only 30 seats for which over a lac students contest.
FACULTY ENRICHMENT
Today as Teachers we are challenged to keep pace with growing knowledge to be able to continue to be relevant to our students as well as the society. To address this challenge Faculty members are encouraged to participate and also present papers in local national and international seminars.
